U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to Change Filing Fees

Effective November 23, 2010, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will be raising most of the fees associated with its applications. The Naturalization Application (Form N-400) will remain the same, the request for a Naturalization Appeal (Form N-336) will increase as well as the Petition for Alien Relative (Form I-130) and Application to Adjust Status (Form I-485). The fee for the Petition for Alien Fiancee (Form I-129F) will decrease.
