USCIS Announces Temporary Protective Status (TPS) Available for Haitians

United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will start accepting applications for Temporary Protective Status from Haitian citizens who were in the United States as of January 12, 2010. Citizens of Haiti will most likely have to qualify under the normal TPS regulations.
